We accept a wide range of property types that aren’t primary residences, including:

• Boutique bed and breakfasts

• Glamping sites and treehouses

If your property is designed to host guests and isn’t your main home, it’s likely a great fit for Convert Your Stay.
We offer two flexible ways to travel and host:
- Earn travel credit (Convert Coins) when another member stays at your property. You can then use those coins to book your own stays elsewhere on the platform. The amount you earn is based on your real-world listing price, so you’re not missing out on the value of your nights.
- Swap directly with another member — either for the same dates or at different times — with no coins involved. Just agree the details and book when it suits you both.
To keep the community active and fair, all members are required to list their property for a minimum of 7 nights per year. These nights don’t need to be consecutive, and you stay in full control of your calendar and booking preferences.

Yes — you control availability and who books. You can choose to accept instant bookings, reservation requests, or swap requests.
It’s free to sign up and list your property – you’ll only need to pay for membership when you’re ready to book a stay.
Founding membership is currently £199 for your first year – this includes full platform access, 3 bonus travel nights, and damage protection for up to £10,000.
This is a limited early access offer. Once we open to the wider public, standard annual membership will move to £299.
There are no nightly booking fees or commissions – just one simple yearly fee to unlock unlimited travel within the community. You only pay (or charge) for extras like cleaning, pet fees, or add-ons, if applicable.
Every member is fully verified before joining. We check ID, confirm property ownership, review insurance cover, and ensure damage protection is in place.
We also personally onboard each member so they understand how the platform works — and how to treat other homes with care.
Because this is a host-to-host community, you’re sharing with people who know what it means to look after a property. And every stay includes up to £10,000 in damage protection through our partner, Truvi.
You’re in full control — and we completely understand that paid bookings take priority.
With Convert Your Stay, you decide when your property is available. Many hosts choose to only accept last-minute bookings (e.g. within 5 days), or set availability in advance during low-demand periods they know rarely convert to paid stays.
You can sync your calendar via iCal to prevent double bookings and block or update dates anytime. If you manage your property yourself, you’ll handle bookings on Convert Your Stay just like you would on Airbnb or VRBO. That includes organising changeovers with your usual cleaning team and preparing any extras (like breakfast hampers or pet packages) you’ve chosen to offer.
You’ll receive a full booking confirmation with guest details — easy to forward to anyone helping you behind the scenes.
If your property is managed by an agent, you can treat it just like an owner stay. Simply notify your agent when a booking is confirmed. We’ll provide all the details they need to coordinate changeover and handover as usual.
